We offer a 7 day return on any new watch in stock. w3, Marathon and timepiece returns must be Unworn, Unaltered, Un-Sized, in As New Condition Complete With All Contents Included At Time Of Sale. The purchase price, less shipping costs and 10% restocking fee will be refunded upon receipt of the watch. If there is evidence that a watch as been worn, any links removed from the bracelet, the watch strap removed and replaced or reinstalled, or if the watch case has been opened, the return privilege is void. Any customized timepiece or timepiece assembled to an individuals specification, Marathon special orders and watch parts are Final Sale.

All preowned watches are sold with a three day return privilege to give purchasers the opportunity to reassure themselves of the authenticity and condition of watches purchased for sales within the CONUS. The purchase price, less shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be refunded upon receipt of the watch. The timepiece must be returned in the same condition as sold in Unopened, Unaltered, Un-sized and Unworn condition with all contents included at time of sale. If there is evidence that a watch as been worn, any links removed from the bracelet, the watch strap removed and replaced or reinstalled, or if the watch case has been opened, the return privilege is void. No other warranty is provided, or implied, unless so stated in the posting. Three days after the buyer receives the watch, all sales are final.

All preowned pieces are guaranteed authentic, completely tested and reconditioned cosmetically to as close to new condition as possible. Modern water resistant watch seals are examined, set and lubed with DC7 waterproof grease. Each mechanical watch is adjusted and regulated for accuracy on a Timegrapher TYMC MTG 4000A. Quartz watch batteries are tested and replaced. 

Timepieces that are offered as certified preowned have been reconditioned, serviced, finely regulated in our shop and include a 1 year warranty on the movement at the listed price.

We offer our customers a unique opportunity to sell or consign select pieces to us. The options to sell or consign your timepiece are outlined below.

Sale:

We purchase select pieces for resale. Our offer will generally be between 20%-35% of the watches original MSRP. 

Consignment:

We can sell your timepiece for you and the process is outlined as follows. Resale values for preowned watches are generally between 45%-65% of the original MSRP. These values are based on condition and model desirability. We will deduct a 15% sale fee based on the gross sale of the item with a minimum of 250.00 and a maximum of 750.00 . A 4% payment processing fee will be deducted unless the item is paid by a bank check. Any cost of reconditioning and servicing usually in the form of a minimum service fee will be deducted from the gross sale price of the watch. 

Shipping and handling fees are calculated by the sum of postage, tracking, signature confirmation fees, runner fees and packing materials. We are unable to ship loose items that contain hazardous material. All parcels are privately insured or insured by our 3rd party insurer Parcel Pro. Custom made w3 and Marathon timepieces are assembled to order with a 15-30 day lead time. w3 Hamilton Project watches are serviced and assembled to order with a 30 day lead time. Once your build is completed your watch will be held and tested for 5 days before we are able to ship. 

International shipping policy

All international parcels are subject to customs taxes and duties determined by the fee schedule of the importing country. This is international law. We do not have any control over the amount charged or any delay in the shipment being held for clearance by customs. The customs forms are properly and accurately executed for each transaction with specific descriptions of the exact contents and an accurate representations of the values. Free shipping is only applicable to domestic orders shipped whiten CONUS. Our shopping cart does not recognize shipping fees on international orders. An additional invoice will be sent to cover DHL express shipping fees.

Lost and damaged parcels policy

We send all our parcels with tracking. Damaged items must be returned for inspection. Items must remain undelivered for 30 days prior to claim.

The  warranty covers defects of the internal moving parts of any new timepiece sold to the original owner. The warranty does not cover external parts, defects caused by outside force or improper use, nor does it cover regular wear and tear from normal use or any outside modifications and third party repair attempts. Items sold at eBay auction or substantially discounted from the original price are sold as is. 

Marathon watches with custom case finishing, crystal modifications or any internal modifications are not covered by Marathons manufactures warranty. 

All water resistant watches that we build or customize are carefully assembled and tested. Seals are examined, set and lubed with DC7 waterproof grease and subject to a simple waterproofness test. We offer optional pressure testing operations on divers watches up to 10ATM. 

Due to possible customer mishap we are not responsible for any water damage and do not guarantee water resistance. Diver watches should be examined and pressure tested by a certified dive watch specialist prior to any diving activity for safety. Water resistance is not permanent. Gaskets around the crown, crystal, and case back are subject to wear. They can deteriorate in time and should be inspected periodically. Checking the gaskets in a general water resistant watch can often be just a visual inspection. The application of silicone lubrication can extend the life of the gaskets and can be applied during routine maintenance or service.
