Services offered
We work on modern mechanical watches using any of the ETA or Sellita based manual, automatic and chronograph movements. This would also include premium brands like Breitling, IWC, Omega, Sinn, and Tudor who commonly use ETA base caliber movements in their timepieces. We will apply a 150.00 premium brand surcharge for services performed on these timepieces.
Services preformed are covered by a 90 day warranty on workmanship.
Seals are examined, set and lubed with DC7 waterproof grease and subject to a simple waterproofness test. Water pressure testing is available up to 10ATM on request. Services are divided into two categories. A Basic Service is required if any additional service or customization operations are requested. This is also a recommended service as a general tune up in between regular 5 year Complete Service intervals on mechanical timepieces to optimize the watches performance and perform minor adjustments.
We make a sincere attempt to expedite all repairs. Proper watch repair takes time and parts may not always be readily available. Our general lead time is 30-90 days depending on the complexity of the repair. Once a repair is completed your watch will be held and tested for 5 days before we are able to ship. Repair services do not include replacement of worn or damaged parts. Parts that have been replaced that do not contain hazardous material are returned with your completed repair.
Please bubble wrap your watch and send it to our secure shipping address listed below. We will update you when your parcel is received, checked in and scheduled. Please do not send manufacturer boxes or any packing material that is not disposable.
