Technical design and engineering of our 42mm and 45mm handwind cases is executed by Roland Kemmner, the former chief design engineer at the Fricker GmbH watch case company in Germany. The raw material 316L stainless steel and Ti22 titanium are sourced from South Korea and Japan. CNC machining, finishing, final assembly and testing of the case is made in Germany. The crowns, crown tubes, and bezels are made in Germany. The click springs, seals, gaskets and sapphire crystals are Swiss made. Cases of 18k solid gold are manufactured by HF Bauer Walser AG and Fricker GmbH & Co. KG in Germany to our specifications. Swiss made cases are designed, engineered and distributed by Albert Wajs and Rudolf Heggendorn in Switzerland. Our 41mm handwind cases are designed, engineered and imported from France.
Dials are designed by Roland Kemmner and manufactured in Germany by Schätzle & Cie. GmbH. Dials are printed with a multi layer application of Swiss Superluminova over a bright white base coat in either C1, C3 or BGW9. Our Sterling silver Marine dials are manufactured in 925/000 Sterling silver. Our classic dials are coated with a thin layer of cold enamel.
Swiss Made ETA mechanical movements are graded and cataloged according to suppliers invoice and ETA batch numbers.
Straps are supplied by several reliable European vendors including deBeer Paris, WACCES shop Germany and RIOS 1931 Germany.
Complete timepiece assembly limited to dial, hand and bezel setting, time and date synchronizing, crown tube fitting, stem cutting and fitting, partial movement assembly and regulation, modular case assembly, crystal pressing, gasket setting and complete testing of mechanical components is performed at our Wilson, NC facility.
